SHIPPING POLICY

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders.

All orders are prepared and dispatched from our warehouse. During periods of high demand, such as promotions, special campaigns, or holidays, preparation and delivery times may be slightly extended.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

The preparation time for orders is 1 to 4 business days from the confirmation of purchase. Once processed, the order will be shipped, and the delivery time will start counting from that moment.

Once an order has been placed, it will not be possible to cancel it. If you need to modify delivery details, you must contact us as soon as possible at contacto@corealcollection.com. However, if the order has already been processed, we cannot guarantee changes to the address or the provided details.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the logistics operations of the shipping company.

Europe: 7 to 15 business days

These times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as logistics issues, periods of high demand, holidays, or delays by the transport company.

If you notice a significant delay in receiving your order, you can contact our customer service team at contacto@corealcollection.com, and we will review your case as soon as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, which will allow you to check the status of the shipment in real time.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or incidents arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery data provided at the time of purchase.
